Service Guidelines

Our service guidelines apply to all services from general errand running to Legal Leg Work

• All services (purchases and mileage not included) are based on a per hour rate with a minimum of 1 hour service charge.
• Service time begins from your location (regardless of task requested) and ends when task has been completed. All time will be rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.
• Service requests will be charged the normal hourly fee that are requested 24 hours in advance. Any services requested for the same day will be charged an additional $5 per hour.
• Any distance traveled over 15 miles for any service will incur an additional 40 cent per mile charge.

• The cost of your purchases (expenses included) if applicable, are NOT included in our rates.  
• Payment must be made at time of delivery on all purchases and expenses incurred, unless prior arrangements have been made. A deposit is required for all purchases that are over $100.00.

Cancellation: Services must be cancelled within 2 hours of the requested service, otherwise a minimum of 1 hour will be charged.

Delivery Services: There may be an additional labor charge depending on the weight and/or number of items being delivered.
