Our service guidelines apply to all services from general errand running to Legal Leg Work. 

All errands (purchases and mileage not included) are based on a per hour rate with a minimum of 1 hour service charge.

Service time begins from your location (regardless of errand requested) and ends when errand has been completed. All time will be rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.

Service requests will be charged the normal hourly fee that are requested 24 hours in advance. Any errands requested for the same day will be charged an additional $15 per hour.

Any distance traveled over 10 miles for any errand will incur an additional 50 cent per mile charge.

The cost of your purchases (expenses included) if applicable, are NOT included in our rates.  

Payment must be made at time of delivery on all purchases and expenses incurred, unless prior arrangements have been made. A deposit is required for all purchases that are over $100.00. 

Cancellation: Errand services must be canceled within 2 hours of the requested service, otherwise a minimum of 1 hour will be charged.  

Delivery Services: There may be an additional labor charge depending on the weight and/or number of items being delivered.
