Service Guidelines
Services and fees can be tailored to meet your needs and scheduled - daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time service.
Our service guidelines apply to all services from general errand running to corporate concierge services.
All errands (purchases and mileage not included) are based on a per hour rate with a minimum of one and a half hour service charge.
Service requests will be charged the normal hourly fee that are requested 24 hours in advance. Any errands requested for the same day will be charged an additional $15 per hour. Any distance traveled over 10 miles for any errand will incur an additional charge.
Payment must be made at time of delivery on all purchases and expenses incurred. A deposit is required for all purchases that are over $25.00
Cancellation: Services must be canceled within 2 hours of the requested service, otherwise a minimum of one and a half hour charge will be incurred.
Delivery / Messenger Services: There may be an additional labor charge depending on the weight and/or number of items being delivered.
Llw Legal Legwork Fees do not apply here.
